NOTE: clients normally approach us for this workshop when there is manifest conflict in the workplace. This manifest conflict makes it difficult to identify and address underlying factors. This workshop, therefore, should be initiated during conflict and follow on will be scheduled to fit the unfolding dynamics in the workplace.
